Monkey’s Gold xPays Slot Game Play

The Monkey’s Gold xPays slot comes with six reels and six rows, while your wagers start at 0.20 and go up to a maximum of 100.00 per spin.

The eagle-eyed among you will notice there are no pay-lines. Instead, you’ll be playing with Nolimit City’s xPays mechanic. Here’s how it works;

You can make wins when at least three matching symbols connect reels 1 to 3 – on any row. After this, the non-win icons disappear and the winning icons are dropped to the very bottom of the grid. Next, another batch of icons will drop in from above like your standard cascading reels.

When no more wins can be made, the number of symbols collected is now multiplied by its value and your pay-out will be calculated.

Pay Table

Your premium icons in the Monkey’s Gold xPay slot are the orange, blue and green stone blocks with carvings on them, the medium symbols are the gemstones in the same colours, and the lower value icons are standard royals from the playing card deck.

The terrifying orange icon is the most lucrative in play and will pay you out 60x your bet if you are lucky enough to land a screenful.

Now for the bonus symbols; the ‘W’ icon is Wild and will substitute for all other icons, while the bonus symbol is the flaming cauldron.

Symbol Upgrades

When an entire row is filled with matching icons, all the icons will get upgraded to the next highest symbol on the pay-table, giving you better pay-outs.

Symbol Multipliers

Randomly at any time, the reel symbols can hit with win multipliers attached to them. These multipliers will usually be 2x or 3x (although there is that x500, too). Here’s the best bit; they won’t multiply the value of the win, but will count as extra multiple symbols.

For example, a 3x multiplier icon will count as three symbols in the winning combo.

Monkey’s Gold Free Spins

Hit three of the flaming bonus cauldrons and you’ll get ten free spins. Three more will be added for each bonus icon that you landed to trigger the round.

How Does the xPays Mechanic Work?
When you score a win, the xPays kicks in. All the losing symbols disappear and the winning symbols fall to the lowest position. A new symbol drop follows (for free).

If you get another win, this happens again, and it will continue until no new wins are made. A payout is then triggered.
